This design in an estate in Nelspruit Mpumalanga was done with the hot humid climate in mind..
This of this four bedroom dwelling in a very prominent position focuses on a reserved barn-style with plenty of views and a fair share of volume.
We focused on a climatically sound building where solar heat gain is to be avoided with natural ventilation encouraged.
It features all the spoils of green design from rainwater harvesting to solar powered lighting.
